This seated workout is focused on lower body & (optional) standing balance exercises, designed for individuals with limited mobility. This program included gentle movements to improve strength, flexibility and mobility with two optional standing balance exercises that use the chair for support. Equipment required; a small exercise ball or cushion and a smal light loop band. Additional support may be provided by our team of Thrive Trainers upon request.
