Studio Policies
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Arrival & Check-In Procedure

Upon arrival, clients are asked to press the lobby bell to notify a team member that they have arrived.

After ringing the bell, clients should remain in the lobby and wait for a team member to escort them to their session.

Clients should not enter the training area, bodywork rooms, or staff areas without being invited by a team member.

This policy helps maintain client privacy, safety, and an uninterrupted training environment.
Service Expiration

All training sessions, classes, bodywork sessions, and service packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.
Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, classes, services, memberships, or packages.
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and deducted from the client's package or session balance.

No-shows will be charged as a completed session.
Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may forfeit the session.

Thrive Medical Fitness reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge the full session fee.

If time permits, the session may proceed at the discretion of the trainer or practitioner; however, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Session Privacy & Observers

Personal training and bodywork sessions are intended to be private unless otherwise arranged in advance.

To maintain client privacy, safety, and focus, observers are generally not permitted during sessions.

Requests for observation by a family member, friend, caregiver, or other interested party must be approved in advance.

Thrive Medical Fitness reserves the right to deny or discontinue observation if it is determined to be disruptive to the session or studio environment.
Children in the Studio

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the training area unless directly supervised by a Thrive Medical Fitness team member.

Children may not accompany adult clients during personal training sessions, bodywork appointments, or classes.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while on studio premises.

Thrive Medical Fitness reserves the right to ask a client to reschedule a session if childcare arrangements interfere with the safety, privacy, or quality of services being provided.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing services and participating in programs at Thrive Medical Fitness, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these studio policies.
