If you have a medical condition or disability, our Medical Fitness Training Specialists will use a variety of training methods that are safe and effective to help you achieve your goals.
Nutritional Coaching
4 Week Nutritional Coaching Custom Program - $300.00
What's Included:
*30-minute zoom/phone consultation. Coach Sara will use this consultation to get to know your past and present relationship with food & address any concerns/goals that you have.
*Two 45-minute zoom/phone sessions during the 4 week package: These sessions will be used to discuss progress and if you have any concerns or questions it will also be used to troubleshoot any issues you may have and provide new strategies to help you move towards your goals.
*Recaps and Handouts: You will be given relevant information and recaps of your phone/zoom sessions, as well as any templates for meal inspiration that you may need.
*Unlimited email support during the 4 week package: You can email Coach Sara anytime with questions or concerns between sessions with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround time.
Barre
Thursdays & Saturdays at 10am

Barre workshop is a total body workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, Pilates, and yoga. First-timers are welcome, and Barre Instructor Lauren will use hands-on guidance to help you get used to moving your body in new ways and modify the exercises to your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Thrive Medical Fitness operates on a scheduled hourly appointment basis for private training sessions, small group training sessions and assisted stretch sessions. Therefore, when canceling an appointment or rescheduling, the client is required to provide a 24-hour notice, for which no additional charges will be incurred.
However, if a client cancels or reschedules a session less than 24 hours to the scheduled time, they will be charged in full for that service session.
In regards to multiple client session cancellations, client forfeits their appointed times on the trainer's schedule after 3 consecutively missed/canceled sessions.
Refund Policy*
All service sales are final.
Product sales have a 30 day expiration, as long as packaging/product has not been tampered with.
* Ownership reserves the right to make per basis exceptions.
